St. Catharine Physical Education
Physical Education is a critical component of a complete education. Beyond the physical benefits, physical education has been linked to cognitive, effective, and quality of life benefits for all students.
The goal of physical education is to develop physically literate individuals who have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthy physical activity.
Students will walk out of St. Catharine School with the tools necessary to help them understand, achieve, and maintain their own personal wellness.
Homework: Play (any physical activity) a total of 60 minutes each day!
