St. Catharine Physical Education
Physical Education is a critical component developing the whole child. Beyond the physical benefits, physical education has been linked to cognitive, effective, and quality of life benefits for all students.
The goal of physical education is to develop physically literate individuals who have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthy physical activity.
Students will develop the tools necessary to help them understand, achieve, and maintain their own personal wellness.
All Students in Kindergarten Through 8th Grade will participate in Physical Education Classes twice a week for 45 minutes each class. Students wear their approved gym uniform on gym days.
